Park Cities Presbyterian Church- The Church She Grew Up In

Anne + Mark celebrated their June wedding in Dallas at Park Cities Presbyterian Church, with a reception that followed in downtown Dallas at the Carlisle Room. These two met while they were both living in Knoxville, TN but currently are living in Denver. Anne’ hometown is Dallas and she grew up attending Park Cities Presbyterian Church. It was special to get to capture her wedding in such a beautiful church that has so much meaning to her and her family. Anne + Mark are SO fun and SO joyful! I love having a front row seat of some of their most intimate wedding day moments and seeing how much they love, care for and enjoy one another. They were life of the party on the dance floor and seemed to have the time of their lives from the second they entered the reception.

Traditional Meets Modern- Who Says You Can’t Do Both?

The Carlisle Room in downtown Dallas, boasts tall pillars throughout the space with a Gatsby, modern, sophisticated and moody vibe. This was such a fun contrast to the very traditional wedding ceremony in the beautiful and historic church in the heart of Highland Park. Their details included beautiful florals by Garden Gate Florals with soft hues of light blue and navy. They had a special table honoring those who had passed away and a fun photo booth set up that included the Father of the bride’s collection of fun and silly hats.

Anne + Mark – Thank you both so much for trusting me to capture your beautiful wedding day. I know there are a million photographers you can choose from and I am so grateful you chose me and trusted me completely. Anne, It was such an honor to go from bridesmaids together in Court’s wedding to getting to be there for all of your big moments on your own wedding day and it was SO hard keeping the secret of little baby Laffey all day long because you feel like a friend I wanted to share the news with. (But I couldn’t take from the excitement of YOUR day!) I am so thrilled for you both and cannot wait to see what God has for you two in marriage.
